1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By visiting our website and/or purchasing a product from Palmyre Couture, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the website.
2. PRODUCTS AND MANUFACTURING
All our collections are conceived and designed in Montreal. Manufacturing is entrusted to our partner workshops in China, rigorously selected for their expertise in leather goods and their commitment to our high quality standards.
Important note about leather: Leather is a natural organic material. Slight variations in color, grain, or natural marks may be present. These characteristics are not defects, but proof of the authenticity of the leather and the handcrafted nature of each piece.
We strive to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen will be perfectly accurate.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT (CURRENCY)
All our prices are displayed in US dollars (USD).
For Canadian customers: Please note that your transaction will be processed in US dollars. Your bank will convert the amount to Canadian dollars based on its exchange rate at the time of purchase. Conversion fees may apply.
Taxes (GST/QST or others) are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Full payment is required to confirm the order.
4. PRE-ORDERS (Launch)
If an item is purchased as a "Pre-order," the estimated shipping date will be clearly indicated on the product page. By placing an order, you agree that your card will be charged immediately to reserve your item, even if shipping takes place at a later date.
5. DELIVERY
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 5 to 10 business days (excluding pre-orders).
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, Palmyre Couture is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service or customs procedures.
Customs fees: For international deliveries, the buyer is responsible for any customs fees and import taxes required by the destination country.
6. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us under certain strict conditions:
Time limit: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging (with all labels and protective bag).
Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in cases of error on our part or proven defect).
Procedure: Contact us at infos@palmyrecouture.com before returning anything to obtain a return authorization.
Exceptions: Personalized items or items marked as "Final Sale" are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
7. LEGAL WARRANTY
In accordance with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, our products are covered by a warranty of reasonable quality and durability for normal use. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or damage caused by misuse of the product (e.g., exposure to water, oil stains, overloading).
8. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
