SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders shipped to Canada and the United States.

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our workshop in Montreal.

• Canada: Standard shipping via Canada Post (with tracking number).

• United States: Fast delivery with no customs fees upon receipt for orders under $800 USD.

• International: Secure shipping. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is at the heart of the Palmyre Couture experience. However, if an item does not fully meet your expectations, we invite you to follow the procedure below.

Return Policy You have 14 days from receipt to notify us of your wish to return an item.
Items must be returned intact, unworn, with their tags still attached, and carefully stored in their original protective packaging.

Refund policy
Standard returns: For returns due to personal preference, a shipping label will be provided. A flat-rate contribution to the return shipping costs will simply be deducted from your refund.
Compliance: In the event that an item is faulty, Maison Palmyre Couture will cover the full cost of the return shipping.
